Throughout the year in Carcroft and Skellow, Andy your local Choosing Health Worker, organises a range of events including health fayres designed to promote what activities are going on in the area, a chance to have a free health check up and to get information regarding local NHS services avaialble to you. At some of these events there are also taster sessions in exercise for examples Tai Chi or Yoga and a chance to have an indian head massage. Please keep checking for news of any up and coming events that maybe of interest to you.
