This service sees the delivery of gym equipment that can be set up in community venues with a gym instructor leading a session on such as treadmill, cross trainer equipment. A fitness programme and induction can be designed especially for you and you don't need a good fitness level it can be as easy or hard as you like. All you need to do is turn up at the venue and register to the free service and away you go to a new you. When a venue is booked we will notify you through this website in the news section, via local newsletters and posters in the community display boards.
